Day Nursery Maesteg

Nursery Fee's Information Guide

Fees are issued on the last week of the month, and are to be paid in advance for the month ahead. Fees can be paid using cash, cheque or by direct debit (recommended) as well as Tax Relief Voucher scheme initiatives though work place employers. We are currently registered with Eden Red, Apple, Sodex, Computer Share, Fidelity, Care4 and All Save.

Fees are payable even if your child is absent, whether it be due to sickness or holidays or of your own decision to keep your child off on their contractual day. If fees are consistently late, your child's place may be jeopardised and not guaranteed to be kept available. Children must be collected promptly at the end of their session, as this interferes with the nursery's policy on adult:child ratios.

Items required for your child must be provided as and when asked for to ensure the essential needs of your child can be met. A registration form and an induction must be completed prior to your child starting at the nursery. This is a legal requirement so all essential information can be obtained. Your child must be adequately dressed, as children do experience all elements of weather conditions during their play activities.

Please ensure they are dressed for PLAY. Expensive and designer items you put on your child are at your own risk. We make every effort to ensure the care of your child's clothing, but the nursery accepts no responsibility for items damaged during play.

Mr Men

Offers

We understand that childcare costs can put a financial strain on the family budget when childcare is an essential element of allowing parents to return to employment. This is why the setting offers a 15% sibling discount when two children require places at the nursery. We are mindful of financial budgets and therefore endeavour not to increase fees above realistic affordability. We do not charge for statutory Bank Holidays or any days between Christmas and New Year if the setting enforces additional days of closure.

Any additional excursions the setting arranges outside what is necessary for educational purposes does not incur additional charges to the families of the children.
